Chicken Teriyaki Noodles
1. Take a bowl and add 3 tbs of Soy sauce, 1tbs of vinegar, 1tbs tomato ketchup, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp pepper powder, 1tbs ginger garlic paste and salt to taste (should be a little towards the saltier side only) and two finely chopped whole red chillies. Pour two tbs of warm oil to it, mix it and let it rest for a while.
2. Marinate chopped boneless chicken pieces in this teriyaki sauce for 30-40 mins; after that take out the chicken pieces after dripping out the excess sauce, coat them in a mixture of maida and cornflour and fry them in a pan on low to medium flame till they tenderise.
3. Add a little bit of the sauce to boiled noodles and the remaining sauce in a pan. To the pan add coloured bell peppers, chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Add the fried chicken pieces, two tbs of honey and give it a good toss on low flame. Pour the saucy chicken on the light brown coloured noodles and enjoy!!
