Tea-biscuits


1. Take one cup all purpose flour, one cup whole wheat flour, one cup of castor sugar, 3tbs of gram flour(besan) and one tsp of baking powder in a bowl and add one cup of ghee to it and knead a smooth dough.

2. Make small biscuits out of the dough and make two cuts on each one and fill them with finely chopped nuts.

3. Bake them at 180 degree celsius for 25-30 mins.
