Crispy fried chicken



1. Marinate 6-7 chicken pieces in a mix of 1tsp sweet chilli sauce, 1tsp soya sauce, 1tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tbs ginger garlic paste( you may also add 1 tsp of garlic powder to it) and leave it for 3-4 hours.

2. Prepare a dry mixture of one cup all purpose flour and half cup cornflour with 1tsp pepper and salt to taste. Prepare a wet mixture of one egg, half cup buttermilk, 1 tbs paprika powder and 1 tbs oregano and whisk it properly.

3. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and then dip them in the egg batter; repeat this process once more and then deep fry them on medium to high flame for 10-12 mins.
