Smoothie bowl
1. Add one cup of milk, 3 tbs of honey, one tbs of rose syrup, a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder along with half cup of black chia seeds in a bowl, mix the ingredients nicely and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
2. After 3 hours when the chia seeds will bloom having soaked up the milk, mix the smoothie well and top it with loads of fruits and nuts of your choice(walnuts, pistachios, almond shavings, raisins etc.)
I have also added pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate crumble. Cranberries and blueberries(fresh or dried)also go extremely well with this combo!
