Dark Chocolate Pancakes



  1. In a bowl, add 1&1/2 cups milk and 1 tbsp vinegar and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, add 1 & 3/4 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 cup sugar, Mix until nicely combined.
  3. Add the milk mixture into the dry ingredients.
  4. Add in hot water and 1/4 cup vegetable oil and the batter is ready!
