Granola bars

Image
 1. Take two cups of rolled oats(non-instant ones) and half a cup of roughly chopped dry fruits of your choice(almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts etc.) and roast them on low flame for about two minutes. 2. Add the mixture to a bowl, then add 2 tbs of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of dried berries of your choice, 2 tbs of chocolate chips, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 1 tbs of raisins, 1tsp of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of ghee and 1/3 cup of honey. 3. Mix the ingredients nicely and then flat press them into a greased baking tray; Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins and then let it cool down. You can put melted dark chocolate icing on top the way I’ve done it and refrigerate it till it sets nicely. Avoid cutting the bars till they’re completely cool.

Chicken Teriyaki Noodles

 1. Take a bowl and add 3 tbs of Soy sauce, 1tbs of vinegar, 1tbs tomato ketchup, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp pepper powder, 1tbs ginger garlic paste and salt to taste (should be a little towards the saltier side only) and two finely chopped whole red chillies. Pour two tbs of warm oil to it, mix it and let it rest for a while. 2. Marinate chopped boneless chicken pieces in this teriyaki sauce for 30-40 mins; after that take out the chicken pieces after dripping out the excess sauce, coat them in a mixture of maida and cornflour and fry them in a pan on low to medium flame till they tenderise. 3. Add a little bit of the sauce to boiled noodles and the remaining sauce in a pan. To the pan add coloured bell peppers, chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Add the fried chicken pieces, two tbs of honey and give it a good toss on low flame. Pour the saucy chicken on the light brown coloured noodles and enjoy!!
